MACRO - VACHERON CONSTANTIN

€ 27.000

Entirely dedicated to Vacheron Constantin, the oldest manufacturer of fine timepieces. 50 selected sumptuous vintage chronographs perfectly exemplify the rich legacy and technical excellence of the Geneva-based watch manufacturer and reveal the authors’ passion for Vacheron.

Making the ordinary extraordinary. Not all the watches are – luckily – the same. Same can be said of books, as well. The same philosophy inspired the making of the book MACRO ‘Portfolio of images taken from Royal Vacheron Constantin’.

This iconic book offers to both the vintage watch collectors and connoisseurs the opportunity to admire some of the most beautiful examples. Technically speaking, the high definition photographs were singularly printed on photographic paper, which granted the maximum quality ever, involving a 20 minutes process per image. Additionally, the pages are made of a high quality paper, the only one capable of granting long lasting colours as well as the necessary flexibility to flip through its massive pages. The pages were hinged altogether; initially, hand-gathered and fixed upon the backside spine of the book by means of a series of steel screws, which dropped out of sight once mounted onto the book, which is entirely hand bound with a luxurious embossed leather book cover.
