Released in a limited edition of 999 examples, each single copy is numbered and signed. The oversized coffee table Daytona Perpetual “Special 999” has been entirely handcrafted with a masterful skill. The hardcover is made of wood and lined with a highly refined orange-coloured fabric displaying a big imprinted logo with gold and silver lamina fields. Internally, the pages feature a particular stucco treatment – the same special paper used for the DeLuxe version – and further enriched with a UV silk screening coating on all the photographs. This particular mirror-like finish creates a powerful visual and tactile impact, given the contrasting effect between the materic surface of the matte paper and the extraordinary shine of the images. The tome – with a 35 x 45 cm format and 9,5 kg weight – is housed in a luxurious artisanal clamshell presentation case, lined and printed front.
